Weddings are the devil LOL not really but that was my excuse for falling off the weight lose wagon. I could have easily stuck with my diet but I choose to fall for all the traps, apps desserts drinks uggghhhh so good. Since then I have gone way down hill gaining back all the weight and then some. So I am here again to go round two!! This time I will be successful I will get to my goals one tiny goal at a time. I am now 186.5 by my birthday (sept 17) I hope to be at least in the 140's and really around 135. Well good luck to everyone else and stick with it!!

Same story. I lost 30 lbs for my Bro's wedding, planned on taking that day off (end of September) but took off 3 mths! Halloween candy (I didn't want my kids to eat, so I eat) Thanksgiving, then holidays...
Got back into it after the new year.
Stick with it, every pound gained can be lost again! I lost the 10 lbs I gained plus lost a few more! This really is hard work, you didn't gain your weight overnight so give yourself time to lose. You can do it!
