Now I'm not talking intensity, I'm talking simplicity.

I LOVE Chalean Johnson, but Turbo Fire for example is SO complicated I feel like I'm just flailing around cause I have no idea what all these punches ect are.

& unfortuneatly, I cannot stand Jillian Michaels!

Any recommendations?

I have the same problem with Turbo Fire, lol. Insanity is very easy to follow the moves and the intensity is well, insane! I'd recommend that one if your focus is cardio. If you're interested in lifting, I'd recommend P90X.

I'm not a proponent of any of these DVDs but since they are the same day after day after day, won't you figure out what the punches or whatever are by the end of the week?

not necessarily. With TurboFire there isn't a whole lot (if any) of workout repetition during the course of a week if you're following the schedule.

there is a new to class option though, OP have you tried that? If so and that didn't work for you maybe try out TurboJam first - it's similar but a little easier to follow at first.

P90X is really easy to follow. I don't do the regular program because I can't commit the time but I try to get at least two P90X workouts into my weekly routine.
