It has been a while since really being on here and tracking, but it is time! I stayed in the gym, but wasn't necessarily on track for anything in peticular except to keep my sanity. Present day, I was "encouraged" by a few of my friends to do a competion or two towards the end of 2013. Reluctantly, I agreed. Not going to do a bodybuilding comp (I don't do speedos) but lifting heavy things and putting them down repetitive time is what I do. I am building mass for about 6 week now and last until February. At that time, I will cut some of this body fat, while maintaining my strength. HERE WE GO!!!
