Looking for friends to support me to reach my goal!

I am over 50 and looking for support to reach my goal. Any tips on nutrition and exercise would be very helpful!

  • Hi! I'm also looking for supportive friends. I'm two weeks new to the site and am focusing on using the diary to not only track my eating but to understand how the food choices I make impact my moods, energy, etc. T'm trying to stay low on carbs and under calorie for weight loss. Seems to be working so far. This week's goal is to introduce consistent exercise/activity. I'll send you a friend request. Good luck on your journey!
