Hi I quit smoking just over 3 months ago using champix. I feel I have this under control now, however, I have put on the best part of 1 1/2 stone in that time by constant snacking. The biggest problem is after meal time - I still miss that ciggie and feel like I need something else to satisfy me me so been eating a lot of sweet stuff I wouldn't usually.
Decided that I must do something about this straight after Christmas/NYE. I'm going tee total for the month of Jan to give me a kick start and MFP has recommended a 1,200 cal diet. So any tips on how to satisfy those sweet cravings?
I aim to drop from 10 stone to 8 1/2 stone, I'm 5,2" so I think that is reasonable.
