Hi there! I'm also 5'2 and started out at 130lbs now at 100lbs over 10 months later. You need to work out your TDEE and eat at a maximum 20% below this number. Your BMR is the number of calories you would burn by lying in bed all day but your TDEE takes into account the moving around you do on a day to day basis. If you set your lifestyle as sedentary then add in your exercise and eat those calories back. Running and horse riding of course will count! As far as macros are concerned it depends on your goals, if you are looking to tone/build muscle then protein is very important, I go by 1gram of protein for each pound of body weight. Don't be scared of fats and carbs just ensure they are good options- whole grain bread/rice/pasta, oats, nuts, avocado, whole eggs, lean meats, fruits, veggies etc aim to eat unprocessed food where possible. The cleaner you eat the more you will be able to consume as like me you will have a lower calorie intake than a taller, heavier person.
Hope this helps a little, feel free to add me for support0
