I have a BAD sweet tooth. seriously, horrible. but I've found something that helps to stop the cravings a little!! What I do is mix about 3 oz. of blackberries and about 25 grapes in a bowl filled with 1 container of yoplait light fat-free strawberries & bananas yogurt. It's fun to eat, low calorie, and helps to curb cravings!

Sugar-free jello or pudding! Great substitute for ice cream!

Thank you!!! I've been having such issues lately - this sounds like it just might do the trick (I really need to get to the grocery store tomorrow... ).
  • Have you tried Fiber One bars.....and VitaTops Vita Muffins (only 100 cal for the chocolate ones)

Chew gum. Works for me, and less than 5 cals!

I tried chewing sugarless gum but that seems to make me feel more hungry. I just tried a Healthy Choice fudge bar and it was heavenly - so chocolately and rich, and it only has 100 calories and is sugar free. I would suggest trying it if you have a sweet tooth and chocolate craving.
