Eat to Live - Want to join me?

I am starting the ETL diet January 1. I've ordered the book and have been reading up on the concepts online. For the first 5 days of the month, I will be doing Dr. Fuhrman's Five-Day Detox as a way to kick-off the new year. My plan is to then follow the ETL diet afterwards. Depending on how the first five days go in January, I may decide to start every month with the five-day detox.

My goal is also to exercise more. I did compete in a couple 5K runs last year. This year, I want to be in better shape and run a faster time. I would also like to lose some weight. If I could lose 10-15 lbs, that would be awesome!
