Some of you asked about my Cardio Striptease tape. It is actually called Dance the Inches Off/Cardio Striptease. The main program is 43 minutes long and is hard for me. The DVD gives the web address as www.anchorbayent.com/fitness , however, it is an old DVD so I don't know if it still exists. I may have purchased it at Walmart. Have a great day!

hahahaa i just watched the trailer for this...its like 2 seconds away from doing "the shopping cart" and the "q-tip" dance moves! hahaha i only got to see 2 minutes though

I just bought it a few months ago at Walmart, and it's a fun workout! I usually do kickboxing cardio or weights, so it is a change of pace for me.
