Virginia Beach - Norfolk News Area - HELP?!?!

Hi. I live in Georgia but my sister in in the VA Beach area with her husband in the military. I am doing "bootcamps" here with a personal trainer every month for my workouts and she is wanting to try to find something there along those lines. She is not a member of a gym and is only going to be there for 5-1/2 more months. Do you have any ideas or suggestions of people who do a month-to-month bootcamp or intense workout? Any names or numbers would be appreciated and I can pass them on to her.
