My news years resolution is to train hard and beat my time from last years Rugged Maniac by at least 20 minutes! (Then I would finish with my Son)0

I'm running my first 1/2 marathon. I already paid for it, so now I HAVE to run it!0

Yes, I have one. To finally lose this 10 pounds that have been hanging on for a year. I have lost 35 pounds but the last 10 is a killer. To do what it takes to get it off. This is my resolution.0

My resolution this year is not a weight goal for the first time in my entire life, like you! Yay for us!!!
So, this year I have set my sights on a half marathon in May - in order to accoplish that, however, I need to quit smoking first. I can run about half the distance now even with smoking, but I cannot imagine getting my distance doubled while I continue. Time for hte cigarettes to GO!0 -
Keep up the good work getting more healthy, and write a good 4th year thesis.0

Volunteer less, drink more, **** wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy more!0

To run a 5K or longer race each month. Have been running since the late 60's but not competing on a regular basis for over 12 years. Lost 23 pounds so far and ran a few 5k's this Fall and enjoyed them. The first one is a Jan 1st Cross Country run. I may not get to see the ball drop....maybe just my time lol.0

Um, I think you DONT need to drink less! Drinking = goodness!0 -
I have lots, but my main one is to do whatever it takes to make sure weightloss is NOT one of my resolutions this time next year!
"Lose weight" has been one of my new year's resolutions every year since 1999 and I am sick of it!0 -

If it's not fitness related or weight loss related:
1. Start a better savings plan for my daughter's college or whatever...
2. Finish my 2 classes left for my Master Certf in HR
3. Find a sitter I'm okay with, have more date nights with hubby.
4. Get a bigger house if we stay in IL. & Re-decorate new/old house.0 -
To quit smoking.0

To quit screwing around and reach my goal weight once and for all...and stay there!0

This is the first year that my resolution isn't about losing weight (PRAISE GOD). So next year my resolution will be to conquer my fears and focus more attention on others than myself. Do you have one?
Funny, I was thinking the same thing this morning. This is the first time in several years that losing weight and getting healthier will not be on my list. In 2013 I resolve to continue the way of life I have adopted and increasing my relationship with God and my family.0 -

I'm going to continue becoming me & to stop letting things take precedence over myself. I'm going to continue dancing & begin capoeira. I'm going to continue eat healthy & not care about others' opinions.0
