Love Letter to Your SO

My bf and I won't be able to spend Christmas together because our families live about 6 hours apart, so we are writing letters to each other to open on Christmas.

What would you say in a love letter to your SO? Or if you don't have one, what would you like to be able to say about your dream guy/gal?
