Ellen Barrett DVD

I am wondering if anyone else is working out to any Ellen Barrett (Buff Girl Fitness) and if they do, do you count it as low impact aerobics or light weight training. Thoughts?

  • I am a big fan of Ellen Barrett. I do her workouts four times a week and walk/jog two days a week. Some of her stuff I consider cardio and some is more toning and flexibility. But I've lost eight pounds since March 9th of this year with 32 pounds to go. I'm also staying under 1700 calories a day.
