I deleted my account and then made another account but signed in with my FB so then i couldn't figure out how to access it on the app on my phone SO I made another account. :laugh:
If you are a positive person who likes to give encouraging and helpful feedback and you don't weigh yourself every day then feel free to add me!
I try and eat predominantly clean (like at least 75%...lol), i lift weights at home with adjustable dumbbells and I do cardio about 5-6 days a week for about 45-60 minutes.
If you are a woman feel free to add me. I don't really add many men since I am happily married but if you are knowledgable in lifting and overall health/fitness i may want to pick your brain. :laugh:
