Can anyone tell me how to build my sandwich for nutritional information? I see part of it on the Subway site and I see there are lots on here to select from but how do you build it so I can add it to my food diary?

You go in and select the sandwich that you had. On the right it has nutritional information and then it says: "Calculate Yours". Click that, put everything that was on your sandwich and get the grand total calories and then just put it in MFP either as a quick add or how you would add any other food that you have that's not in MFP database.0

You can also use the recipe section of the tracker to make yours. THe majority of items are in the database already however Subway has it all on their site that you can add here if needed.0

Try www.nutritionix.com and search for Subway. That's what I use to get the calories when I build my own sandwich.0

I usally just use sandwiches that other people have already built, even though I use slightly different veggies. Its usually a best guess when it comes to calories, but I've eaten a ton of Subway sandwiches and still dropped weight very quickly.0
