when i get angry it might sound strange but i actually listen to rock music so loud!! to calm down... rock music makes me very very calm.... like system of a down, nine inch nails, nirvana, a perfect circle, so on.... i listen to pandora on the system of a down channel and i am calm within 20 minutes.... when i listen to hip hop and techno i get angry for some reason....

When I'm angry, I tend to listen to songs that have a bit more of an anger or melancholy to them, but recently I dug up my J-Rock collection from highschool and early college. What helped me recently are "Ash" and "Oasis" by Gackt, "Feeling Fine" by L'arc~en~Ciel, "Kuroi Namida" by Anna Tsuchiya and "GLAMOROUS SKY" sung by Mika Nakashima. Other songs include "Bye Bye Bye" by N*Sync, and "Blah Blah Blah" by Ke$ha.

Otherwise, I tend to listen to whatever is on my Pandora station, or what comes up on Stereomood.
