30 Day Shred after Insanity?

Has anyone does this? Did you get good results? I did 30 Day Shred last Feb and saw a lot of changes, but I had a lit more to lose then.

    30DS after Insanity? 30DS is a cake walk compared to Insanity. I don't think there would be much point.
