How To Be Sexy
Find what you like for your body no matter what people think. If you think you're sexy, then you're sexy. Who the hell cares what any one else in the world thinks so long as you love yourself? Cause guess what... there's a bunch of people out there who like what you like too. And no matter what, someone out there is just not going to like it. So do what YOU like and forget what people think.
Do you think muscles will make you sexy? Good, get some muscles! There are people who like that!
Do you think being a size zero is sexy? Good, people like that too!
Do you think being 600lbs is sexy? Might not be healthy, but if that's what makes YOU happy, do it. There are people who even like THAT.
Do you like piercings and tattoo's? AWESOME! Tat it up!
Everyone is entitled to an opinion, and know what, who CARES! If you care, then stop. Because no matter how you dress, act, talk, look, even smell SOMEONE out there is going to criticize it and dislike it. So the ONLY person who should be happy with you, is yourself.
For every person you look down on as gross, there's a group of people who look at that as sexy. For every person you look at as sexy, there's a group who thinks that is gross. That is just life. You can't please all the people all the time but everyone has the means to please their self.
So know what, I don't care what you think of me, my opinions, anything. I'm going to still have them. Guess what, I feel the same way to any one else. I don't care what your opinions are, they are YOURS. I don't want to change them, I shouldn't feel the need to change them unless you are trying to harm yourself or someone else with them. You are entitled to think and feel how you want.

Feeling better to have that off your chest??
I agree with you though. The only person that I am doing any of this for is ME. If it benefits other people too, well great for them, but it isn't my motivation.0 -

Exactly. It's good that you're doing it for you! I think more people should focus on being happy with their self and less time on others. I mean, yea, what you want to achieve can be beneficial to those around you, but in the end you are living in your body, not them. I rather look in the mirror and think "I like this" rather then be like "I know everyone else likes this, but I rather look like something else"0 -
You know what isn't sexy? Saying an entire demographic of women is only fit for dogs and then screaming til youre red in the face at those people to not be offended that you said that. Then making a post that misleads people into believing that you think all women can be beautiful. (except the ones meant for dogs)0

Okay, I appreciate the spirit of this post, but we have to be honest here, I don't think many of us who are here to lose weight and/or get fit (or fitter) can say it makes us happy to live a lifestyle based on eating 1600 cals or resisting another piece of pie or getting up early to fit in a workout.
It's rewarding, and the results make us happy, but the actual getting there of it is hard and hurts, and that's why so many people give up on it.
If it makes someone happy to be 600 lbs, do it? There's gotta be a checkpoint where someone says, I'm happy with X but it isn't helping me. It's not just about what makes you happy, it's about what's best for you. Whether that's related to career or education or health, love yourself enough to do what is good for you, not just what works for your feelings.0 -

I'm aware people here are not happy with that lol. I'm just saying in general some people are. There are people who honestly get off on that type of thing, and there are honestly people who are happier being over weight. It's just an example of something most people say is disgusting, but forget that some people think it's attractive.0 -

I completely agree that people like different things, up to and including what are considered medically harmful extremes. Like anorexia. So because someone can be 600 lbs and be happy there, should someone also be 80 lbs and be happy there and do it? Of course not.
I'm pointing out the flaw in telling people to do what makes them happy, especially when you explicitly state that extreme. They should do what is good for them.0 -

True... but again, some people don't care about their own health. Like I have to learn with my friend... she doesn't care about her health. I can tell her time and time again that her mt. dews are bad for her and she can have serious health problems. But she likes them and refuses to get rid of them. I posted my concern and the same thing was said over and over basically "you can lead a horse to water but can't make it drink." Is 80lbs healthy when starving yourself? Nope. 600lbs nope, but to some people, they don't care, and you can't change how they feel about it on their own. They're just happy that way. Sad, yea. But when someone really wants something, you can't stop them. A lot of people on here have proven that time and time again. They wanted their muscles, their flat stomachs, etc... and they got them because nothing stopped them and it's what they wanted.0
