    You didn't really mention a price range. My in-laws are like this, easy going people, don't really need or want anything.

    We have gotten them gift certificates for golfing, bed & breakfast, musicals. Their anniversary is in the spring and often use these certificates then.

    Indeed I forgot to mention they are like really easy going basic type of people.

    Then purchase it! That's what I do.

    My dad orders specific books and my mom gives the most random requests. This year she asked for black socks, an Aloevera plant and a thing of decaf coffee. lol
