Hello, I am mary aged 32 coming 33 this year. I have exercise diligently for the past few months but my weight did not bulge..so i figured out that i really need to keep a systematic way of tracking foods and exercise...so wish me luck this time..hope i can lose some weight like the rest of your here

    Welcome to MFP! Stick to it and you will see results! Don't forget to check your measurements too!
  • I must say that I found it quite more meaningful if I was able to log my food events down and view them on a spread sheet like this program does, it gives me insight to what I am actually putting into my mouth, rather than keeping mental track and guessing how much sugar, sodium etc, I have consumed, so far in the last three days by doing this simple entry each day I have managed to control what I am eating and lose 9 pounds~! Good luck to you too! You'll get there.
