What are you having for dinner tonight?

It is the question we ask ourselves and our family every night! And, it usually takes a while to decide. Please share what you are having and maybe we can go off one anothers ideas. I would post what I am having, but I am still in the decision stage!

ginger steamed fish with hana sauce...roasted broccoli...roasted new potatoes.

I gotta say...and it's easier said than done...but planning my dinners for the week on a Sat or Sun and then doing all of my shopping have gone a long way in helping me on this journey...I always know what I'm going to have (but I might mix things around) and I pre-log my day so I know exactly where I'm at, at all times. Like I said, easier said than done...but it's really helped me.

My 6 year old asked for french toast and bacon....... that's what the rest of the fam is having but I think I'm going to have a pita with hummus and leftover chicken. Just not in the breakfast food mood. :)

I'm leaning toward chicken soup because it's cold and snowing here, but haven't chosen a recipe yet.
