Hi Everyone!
I'm 22 years old, and like a lot of people, have been heavy since i was a kid. When I was around 14 years old, I lost weight with weight watchers and kept it off for quite a while. I graduated from college last spring, and since then, i've started putting a lot of weight back on. The campus i went to had hills everywhere, so walking from class to class was a workout in itself. It took a while to realize that because i'm not doing that everyday now, i'm not getting nearly the physical activity i had been.
I first found MFP thorugh it's ipod app, which is great, and then happened upon this website, which is even better. It's so easy to keep track of what i eat, and to know how much i am supposed to eat. I also have a wii and am on my 13th day of the wii active 30 day challenge. I really like it for working out, only about 20 minutes a day, 4-5 days a week, which is very doable.
Well, that's enough about me, i don't have any friends here yet, so feel free to add me!
