    start doing preseason training for my school's track season everyday! no excuses!
    also stop eating like crap and make much better food choices!

    Why wait for some arbitrary time frame? That's like saying "I'll start on Monday." I'm doing what I need to do now, and fitting Christmas into my plan.

    To recover from pregnancy/childbirth. (I'm gonna pop *any minute*. :laugh: )
    Then go back to what I was doing. Martial arts and weights. I am soooo missing my heart-pounding, sweat-pouring workouts right now.

    Going back to logging, etc. :) I'm 'on vacation' until Wednesday and fully enjoying myself.
