Am I eating too much?

Hey, I hit a plateau after losing 28lbs and I was told by many people to increase my calories because I'm only 6lbs. away from my goal weight since I was eating about 1200 calories a day to have a 500 calorie deficit every day. So I upped my calories so I would have a deficit of 250 calories so I'm suppose to be eating 1420 a day to lose 0.5lb. a week, but I usually only eat around 1340 a day. But I feel sooo stuffed now, I have to struggle to get my calories in the 1300s, I hate feeling this full, it makes me feel like I'm not losing any weight or doing anything to help me lose weight. Am I suppose to feel this full all the time? Also what is net calories?

What are you eating that makes you feel "sooo stuffed" before reaching 1340 calories?
Eat more calorie dense foods rather than a lot of low calories foods and you'll have no problems reaching your goal.
How long have you been eating at this amount?
Calories consumed - Exercise Calories = Net Calories.0 -
Are you talking net calories or gross calories.
If net, it sounds about right. If gross, then you are probably eating too little and need to work on your relationship with food.0 -
A. You've only logged a few days worth of food.
B. The days you did log, you're not eating back your exercise calories, and your protein intake is pretty darn low.

I've been eating this amount very recently since Monday trying to push past my plateau, I'm also trying to drink 8 cups of water a day...check out my food diary
Should I be eating the calories back that I burned from exercising? For exercise I usually only do some walking for 60 min, so I didn't think that that would be enough exercise for me to eat back the calories. the days that I didn't log my calories I was added it up by myself it came up to 1200 or less a day..one or two days it was around 1400.

3 days is not a sufficient amount of time to lose weight, especially since you have less than 10lbs to lose. Have some patience.
If you are going by MFP's system, then yes eat back your exercise calories.
Don't stress about the 8 cups of water a day. Just stay hydrated.0
