Making BIG changes!

I want to share my story and ask for your help. 18 months ago I realized that I was setting a bad example for my kids, so I started working with a trainer at the YMCA to make some major lifestyle changes. So far I've lost 64 pounds and learned a lot, including that NSV's are often the most important. As part of all of this I started racing in triathlons (they are AWESOME)... I've really learned to take risks and try new things... so... I entered a contest that Chocolate Milk and Ironman are having (this is where you come in). They are going to pick two people to train with Hines Ward for Ironman Kona (140.6) next year. I entered a video in the contest that tells my story (complete with a before picture *gasp*). If you have a few minutes could you take a look at it and maybe even share it?

My life, and my family's life has improved more than I could have dreamed since I started this journey. It's a great story about what an everyday person can do when they work really hard and when people believe in them and help them, people like my trainer, my family and the tri tornadoes. (My trainer Todd Shellenberger also entered the contest and created a great video http://youtu.be/ZoqQ0FsLy-o )
