Are flourless black bean brownies "healthier"?

I understand for people with wheat allergies they are period, but what about weight-loss wise?

Depends what else you put in them...if you have alot of sugar and sweeteners, then no.0

It's a relative risk question. Eat too much, then it could contribute to weight gain. Of course you then have to weigh the culinary value and appreciation of a black bean brownie over the traditional brownie. Personally I would be consuming the real deal and have black beans another time, otherwise I would have brownies on my mind all the time. :happy:0
