Thought I would share with everybody since you all have been so helpful. I have reached my 1st short term goal.

started this on 2/6 at 285lbs
as of today 3/14...............................................260lbs


I HAVE MADE SHORT TERM GOAL #1 now to get started on goal #2....240lbs.
