i'm new and i have a question :)

Hello! my name is Anna and i'm relatively new here! So far its great and i love it! However, i can not for the life of me figure out how to add exercises that i have done to my daily exercise log? Like it says the daily goal but how do i tell the computer i reached my daily goal? I hope some one knows what i mean and can help me out! Thanks!! Anna

    Exercise tab > Add Exercise.

    Go to:
    -My Dairy
    -Add
    -Stroll down to Cardiovascular or Strength, depending on your excersice
    -You can type in the excersice and search or scroll through 'All Exercises'
    -Make sure to tab 'Add'

    Note that this how its done from my iphone.
  • From a computer it's;
    - Exercise tab
    - There's two headings, cardio and strength. Underneath each is a link 'add exercise'.
    - Type in exercise in finder field.

    Voila!

    Also be aware that there isn't always exactly your exercise. If you do... an obscure martial arts you'll put it under the closest thing. A good example is the thirty day shred, you'd put that under aerobics or something. Hope that helps :)
