okay so today was day two of my 30day shred and it went a lot better today than yesterday! so the current workout schedule is 30min cardio at the gym, and then come home and do my 20min workout with the dvd. hoping to be able to pull off the bikini i bought for this summer. *fingers crossed* at this point, im not too worried about weight loss, more so im looking to tone up and slim down if that makes more sense. the only way i will let myself "fail" is if i get pregnant! i took before pics so i have something to compare my results to at the "end" and i also took my hip, waist, bust, and neck measurements and weighed myself this morning...i will be doing the weigh in once a week, and the measurements every two weeks.

age - 22
height - 5'3"
starting weight - 143
hips - 38.5"
waist- 35"
bust - 38.5"
neck - 12"
and if i knew how or if you could post pictures...i would post my "lovely" before pictures...:embarassed:
