Help!! I am getting frusterated!

When I try and find my calorie count for some exercise I can't find it. Example, I do a work out on dvd that is 30 min aerobics and cardiovascular and light weights, and 30 min floor exercise.. crunches, push ups, leg extensions, mixed with some yoga. I don't want my calorie amount to far off. Suggestions??

    I think you can create custom exercises, so maybe google a calculator for what you are doing and then add the exercise.

    Yo can enter custom exercises... but an easier way is to eat based on your TDEE (search road map revised on the forums) and then you don't have to guess about exercise calories because it is already factored in.
