Hi guys, been around for a couple of months but its about time i became a bit social.

a bit about me
Height- 170cm
Starting weight- 77kgs - March 2012
Current weight- 68.1kgs
Goal weight- 64kg

Iv had decent success by myself but it gets tough sometimes and a bit of a pick me up is always handy!

I workout 5 times a week, 3 day strength training and 2 days cardio. Im on a high protein, low carb diet.

    well currently none, i did complete in Australian football in the past but an ankle and shoulder injury has convinced me to stick to something non contact, so id like to try something like kayaking since i love the ocean or perhaps even running
