Currently, my soreness is almost entirely in my upper body. My trainer has me doing foam rolling and that has really helped with the lower body soreness. I get in a lot of walking too thanks to my job and my dog. Any recommendations for upper body stretches?
depends where it is in the upper body. I foam roll my upper and lower back.
if my triceps, chest, shoulders are sore I'll do light recovery workouts. just high rep stuff to get blood flowing.
eating adequately helps a lot too.0 -
