Hello fitness friends!

I have just joined this wonderful website and using it to it's fullest capacity. My ultimate goal here is to keep the food diary and exercise journal for progress tracking... I have just begun my journey to compete i a figure competion. I am currently in shape however, need to sculpt myself for competition status!

I have 8 weeks until a mini vacation to florida, and 5 months until competition.

I AM FOCUSED!
