I'm a guy . I like tools ......no suprise there ! I started at 250 pounds . I still can't believe I got that heavy . I am down 26 pounds to 224 today . My tri's and sugar were getting borderline and it shook me up . Hopefully , my next check up will show much better numbers . I know my doc will be a little suprised with the wieght loss . I would like to get under 200 and I could live pretty healthy on that , if I can hold it there . My perfect wieght would be 180 pounds , but I am not shooting for perfection . If I get there fine , if I don't I will have made great strides and am much healthier . I shoot for 2000 cals and hit that fairly easily . I could go lower and lose quicker , but I want a plan I can stay with . I believe I can do this long term . I am a happy camper !!!
