You may lose however you wouldn't be very healthy. At your height and weight you should be focusing on maintaining your weight.

If you're 5'3" and 110 lbs you don't need to be losing weight. Try doing some strength training to build some muscle definition if you want to look better.

I would imagine you would either lose or maintain depending on whether you are nearer to 1400 or 1700.

ETA: At your height and weight, it's going to be really hard to burn 600 calories in a day, though.

At your height/weight, you should probably *net* around 1700 calories. 110 is a very healthy weight at 5'3".
  • Im not trying to lose but i find it hard to eat more than 1700 cal total

I don't see a great reason why you should eat more than 1700 calories total, some people say "make sure you NET 1700 calories" but really, we don't know your exact BMR, 1700 may be perfect for you. If you've been maintaining a body you're happy with on 1500-1700 calories, who are we to tell you that you're not doing it right? The results you get are the best indicator of whether or not you need to change things
