A tasty little smoothy

:smile: Actually I dont even know if you would call this a smoothie but this is what i did... Take 2 of the six oz great value yogurts, a cup of skim milk, 2 cups ice and mix it all up in a blender. I used blueberry, but I love blueberries. It makes a lot of smoothie and the whole thing is like 250 cals, with 20 grams protein and 40 or so grams of carbs (check out my food for the day to see what it looks like to you). Tastes pretty good to me :smile:

    sounds good! I do something similar but I omit the ice and use frozen fruit instead. I only use 1 100g yogurt and instead of milk I add juice- usually cranberry or orange. Lots of yummy varieties!
