72 lbs and counting

I thought I'd introduce myself. In January 2010 I decided to start the process of changing my lifestyle. I am 5'10" and weighed 265 in the beginning. (29 years old now) Since then I've lost 72 lbs. By January 2012 I was down to 238, Sept 2012 - 218, and this morning weighed in at 193.0. At first I really didn't care about weight, I only cared about pants size and how I felt. Recently I've changed things up a bit and am using weight as a measurement goal. I want to be 187 lbs. On 11/13 I started a Holiday Challenge with a few friends. Below are my stats. It's over on 1/2/2013. For exercise I do Olympic Weightlifting with lots of squatting.

Beginning Pants size 2010: 42
April 2012 weight: 105 kg/ 233 lbs
September 2012 weight: 98.88 kg/ 218 lbs
Overall lost 72 lbs since 2010
