Making myself accountable

I am new to the site. I'm using it because I want to be accountable in writing for everything that I'm eating. I have a very efficient metabolism (darn) so it's very easy for me to gain weight. I have a long way to go, so I'm aiming for 10 pounds at a time.

  • Accountability to yourself is the key. Don't beat up on yourself when you dont reach your goals. Find out what works and stick with it. I know it might seem boring because you're doing and eating the same things however IT WORKS! Relax, breathe and take a walk and just let the weight fall off.
