Started 30 day shred

Oh my... I'm on my 2. day of the shred.
My body is slowly dying haha.
Went to the gym yesterday and in the evening i did the shred. I swear - if this dosn't work.. then i''m lost.

My weight isn't going anywhere and my goal was to loose 3-4 kg more before new years eve. So i hope this workout will help me reach my goal!

I'm eating 1200-1300 cal and working out in the gym 4 times every week + i'm doing the shred now.
So the results should show.

Anyone else doing the shred right now??

    Options
    if you havent already done so, take measurements
    the shred is known more for loss of inches than loss of pounds (although it helps with both)
