Encouragement needed

Hello, I'm trying to lose some weight (as everyone on here is I'm sure) because I am planning for my wedding. I think the biggest struggle I have is trying to not snack on things, as well as actually exercise. I also am out of the house a good portion of the day, so going to the gym everyday is not feasible.

I am looking to eat healthier, but not eat gross food if you know what I mean (skim this and that). I still want to be able to eat what I want, just portion control.

If anyone on here is a sincere good motivator and can encourage me to continue on my journey of losing weight. Please send me a friend request.
