    I'm confused by the question- how much does the pan weigh? The weight of the muffins is going to be determined by what you make- the same size bran muffins are going to be significantly heavier than angel food cake made in that pan.

    If you're looking for calories, divide the total recipe by however many muffins/cakes it makes.

  • I asked my mom to bring me some muffins...I'm feeling like having it and it's of That size...and I don't know how much that is and I gotta measure it in oz (as per the database). :/

    I would count it as 2 regular muffins and not stress out about it too much.

    As someone else pointed out regardless of how big the muffin tray is the weight of the muffin would depend on what type it is and would also depend on the person making them and how full they made the cups before baking.

    Maybe she wants to know the size of the muffin tray as she wants to make sure she gets enough iron.
