Leg Workout?!

I am looking for a good leg workout. My only exercise these past few months is my dance class which only runs 75 mins twice a week. I want to definitely tone my legs and need a good set of exercises that might help. I want more of a circuit type of workout or a good starting point. Any suggestions of what and how often to to do it so I don't over do it. Keep in mind I am a waitress 3 days out of the week and I stay on my feet 12 hours a day. I would appreciate any suggestions.

Pretty much all of this, though I would add the following addendum: do different types of squats. Front squats, back squats, zercher squats, bottom position squats...I could do this for a while.0 -
Squat: 3 sets of 4-6 reps 2-3 minutes rest
Leg Press: 3 sets of 4-6 reps 2-3 minutes rest

Squats are like the best things ever for the legs!
They really help to tone them up and give them more of a shape i always do squats.
Also lunges are quite good! Google them0 -
I have a membership at LA fitness and how often should I do leg workouts?0

Thanks =] Is there a website that shows proper forms. I feel so intimidated at the gym because I can't tell if my form is correct and they are usually too intimidating to ask.

Whats a zercher squat? Also do squats help burn fat as well or just build muscle? I was told it helps burn fat but I thought only cardiac exercises help with that.0 -

Any physical activity that requires an energy expenditure will burn fat.
As for zerchers, instead of my trying to explain it, I'll just leave this here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U2OKweR-N-g0 -
