Last night I had a dream...

Last night I had a dream that I binged on McDonald's. I woke up and I was really mad at myself, but then I realized it was all a dream.
I consider this a success story because it didn't really happen. I also think it's really fat that I dream about binging on McDonald's...

same here----I don't think it's bad. I think even skinny people dream about food. I once asked my husband to pass the ketchup in my sleep.0

I always have really weird dreams. Last night I dreamed that my wife and a girl from my high school that I didn't really know then too much but follow on twitter and f/b were good friends and the 3 of us got into all kinds of shenanigans. Who knows what it will be tonight.0

I often dream of eating all kinds of food including lots of sweets (usually pastries and baked goods). At first when I wake up I am angry at myself until I realize it was a dream. Then I am happy because it is like I got to experience eating all of my favourite things without the guilt or weight gain
I do worry about sleep eating though. I have had minor episodes of sleep walking and lots of sleep talking so I hope that won't be next.0 -

That was too funny. Then again, a test of a good husband would be the ketchup bottle on the nightstand when you woke-up.0 -

Me too! I love it when I dream about eating sweet things like cake and brownies and then waking up and still 'tasting' them. It does get rid of those cravings!
This morning I had a weird dream, I set my alarm back later than normal and I kept having a dream of checking my cell phone for the time and being 2 hours late for work!0 -
Wow. I never once had a dream that included food in it. Maybe I will now that I am paying more attention to it. You mean I could drink my sweet jolting coffee that I gave up in my sleep!? Awesome ! Would it wake me up? Hmmm0
