Foot Injury and weight training

I hurt my foot somehow about a month ago. I'm not sure what I did, but it hurts on the top back by the ankle and when I stretch my toes up and toward my body. Doing squats is about all I can handle right now on the foot, deadlift and lunges are killing me. I want to give it some time to heal so in the meantime, what I can do if i can't do lunges or deadlift? I don't have a weight bench right now and have just been lifting free weights and barbells.
