Viper VSS4000 Remote Start w/Smart Start??

Anyone have this installed in their vehicle? I'm thinking about having it put in my car. I'm just wondering how people like it and if it's worth the $600.

* Also if I get a starter I want the smart start because I leave my car at a park n' ride and need to be able to start it from farther away.

    I don't know which one I have... but I have the Remote Start w/Smart Start. For the most part I like it. There are times where it's just pain though. Twice the information wouldn't go from my phone to my car... I only remember one of those days being cloudy (with Stratus Clouds).

    Thanks ladies! I did talk to someone about the smart start and asked if it has improved from a few years ago and he said it has. He said a lot of users were having problems with it because of the GPS and the IP addresses or something but now Viper/Smart Start updates their system alot more so people don't tend to have that issue.

    Okay well I guess I'll see if I can get it put in. It's getting cold here where I live and I hate jumping in my car starting it and taking off. We get well below zero here so I think it would be a good investment.
