Flaxseed?

I recently hit up my local Shop Rite and purchased some healthy foods; One of which was a bag of Flaxseed!
Was hoping some of you fellow fitnesspal-ers could suggest some recipes/meals I could incorporate this into?
I've tried throwing some in oatmeal - that seemed to work out pretty well so far
Anything other staples for Flaxseed?

You can put this in anything. I put it in spaghetti sauce when I make it. Does well in rice, mashed butternut squash, sweet potato. I've never tried it in things like eggs, but I've sprinkled it over salads.0

If you don't grind it then all you're doing is renting it. It comes back out the same way it went in because it's too tiny to really get chewed and it doesn't stay in your system long enough to be broken down. Once you process it you need to keep it cold to keep it from going rancid.0

I grind my flaxseed and put some in yogurt. Works pretty good there as well.0
