Likes long walks on the beach and caramel sauce

I'm new to the forums but not to MyFitnessPal. My battle with weight has been back and forth - and I tend to gain when I'm super stressed and don't work out. I'm determined to lose weight so that I feel comfortable in my own skin again, and that I'm overall healthy.

I have a weakness for cold and sweet treats: ice cream, freeze pops, slurpees. I also have a weakness for pretzels and other salty snacks.

I'm a firm believer in making a lifestyle change, rather than a temporary diet. I'm also an advocate of not depriving yourself, and rather to do things in moderation.
