Healthy food ideas to up my calories

Hi there! I've been on this God blessed journey for 5 months and have lost almost 50 pounds! I find I eat loads of healthy foods but fall short of my calorie goal of 1300 most days by about 100-150 calories and its worse on the days I do exercise and its like I are nothing.

I'm looking for suggestions of fresh foods to eat that are about 100 calories that doesn't include veggies, I fill up with those at dinner, lol.

    Look for foods with the healthy fats, that's where the calories would be.

    Cook meats and vegetables in healthy oils (olive, walnut, etc.) and ditch cooking sprays

    Snack on nuts

    Add avocado to sandwiches, salads, etc. or make up some guacamole

    The question should be which macronutrient are you deficient in? Then we could answer with suitable foods.

    A piece of thin sliced meat wrapped around 1/4 of an avocado. mmmmmmm..... and if you're still short on calories... dip the whole thing in hummus.. drool.....
