I am in a horrible rut. I continue to watch my caloric intake and I exercise every day yet I have not lost any weight for almost a month. Can someone look at my diary and make any suggestions? Thanks.

I am right there with you... I didnt lose or gain anything for a year and then all of a sudden I gained like 20 pounds. When you're in the military, your weight control is a big issue and I almost didnt pass my weigh in because of it. I get up and go to the gym everyday at 04 for anywhere from an hour to two hours. I use the food tracker on here but it seems like no matter how hard I work... nothing is happening. so frustrating.0 -
have you tried switching your activites or adding something new to your fitness?0

Let me sum up the same replies every thread like this gets:
1) eat more
2) lift weights
3) rest days
4) drink more water
5) throw your scale in the trash
6) stop eating out and/or processed food so much0 -
Just opened it, sorry.0

We don't know much about you here....
If you are 55 YO, 5'10", Wght 195, your approximate BMR is 1600. You are set at 1200 as your Goal. NO.
So, Eat more. (Choice #1) You need more than 1200 as a man. If you have about 15 lbs to lose, you should be eating near your TDEE.
And here's why, and how to recalculate.

(1) Your negative-calorie tea is unlikely to contain -90 calories. This looks like the correct amount (5 calories):

This suggests you may want to double-check the accuracy of your portions and nutritional information in general.
(2) Also, starting from December 1, your day-to-day calorie totals vary from over 2400 all the way down to below 700. Again, you may need to double-check your journaling to make sure it's accurate.
(3) Ask a personal trainer to evaluate your workouts. It's hard to tell from your diary, but you may benefit from varying the intensity of your workouts, or learning new exercises.
(4) You don't like vegetables? ;-)0
