Silly question...but how do you

....get that box that shows how much you lost (or how much you want to lose...) by our names.... I want to add that item, but now sure how to do it.....any help will be greatly appreciated...(and an extra explanation would be nice...I am not only a slow learner... I am an OLD learner... hehehehe!!)
